西 村 正 (ニシムラ タダシ) - NISHIMURA Tadashi
1952（昭和27）年、東京生まれ。西村俊郎の甥。大学卒業後、横浜市立の中学校と高校に英語の教員として勤務。
定年退職後は、西村俊郎作品の管理と紹介の活動に取り組んでいる。
・1952 Born in Tokyo as a nephew of NISHIMURA Toshiro.
・1977—1985 Taught at Yokohama Municipal junior high schools.
・1985—2013 Taught at Yokohama Municipal senior high schools.
・2013—2018 Prepared to launch a new website.
・July, 2018 Launched this website.

【管理者自己紹介】
私が幼少の頃から叔父・西村俊郎は私にとって身近な存在でした。と言うのは、私の両親と叔父夫婦は同じ家に住んでいたからです。それも、父と叔父の母親である、私の祖母を中心とした、ちょっと変わった大家族的生活でした。大きなアトリエがある家で、近隣の家の樹木が森のように家を取り囲んでいました。叔父夫婦には子供がなく、また私は当時としては珍しい一人っ子だったので、家でただ一人の子供として大人に囲まれて育ちました。
この家は借地だったこともあり、諸事情により1988（昭和63）年に取り壊されましたが、その時フランスにいた叔父は帰国後、横浜にいた私たち家族と約10年間一緒に住むことになったのです。叔父は多くの作品を残しましたが、それらはすべて私が管理しています。
叔父の絵を紹介するホームページをつくることは永年の懸案でしたが、この度、多くの皆様のご協力のお蔭で、やっと実現させることができました。ありがとうございました。今年(2018年)の8月4日は叔父の生誕109年に当たります。これからもこのホームページを訪ねていただけることを心より願っております。

【Self-introduction】
My uncle, NISHIMURA Toshiro, was always beside me because we lived together in the same house. It was a large house with his studio, and surrounded by many trees. There lived Toshiro, his wife Eiko, my parents and me, and my grandmother. She is Toshiro and my father Yozo’s mother. My father is Toshiro’s elder brother. Toshiro and Eiko had no children and I had no brothers or sisters, so I was an only child and brought up among adults.
The house was pulled down in 1988, when Toshiro was in Paris. After he came back to Japan, he started to live with my family in Yokohama. Most of his paintings were left in my house after his death.
We have wanted to open a “WebGallery” on the Internet for a long time, and now that came true thanks to many people’s help. August 4th 2018 is Toshiro’s 109th birthday. We really hope many people visit this website and enjoy his works.
